My Ghost story started in Sept 2016. It was a Thurs......I remember because it was raining. I was trying to post something in "off-topic" when suddenly there we're cold spots all over the forum. Then there were footprints. I started being surrounded by orbs. Then, a lot of Staff people we're screaming at me........"No don't"......."stop that"......."get out of here" I looked around, but no one had posted. I left that day quite visibly shaken. 
As regular viewers of "The Dead Files" know......Steve & Amy can help Chess.com members to stay in a forum/thread......OR weather its time too........... GET OUT GET OUT NOW GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN GET OUT BEFORE ITS TOO LATE

A couple of posts stood out.
RJC, the members of live chess have actually already sent me flowers, around September /October 2010. (Yes, real ones sent to my house, not emotes).
Shortly after losing my mum, and packing to move house, the members, from live chess, all got together, arranged a collection then approached Erik, as he had my address.
Obviously he couldn't give out my (then) address, so the members arranged how to get their collection over to Erik, along with the message they wanted on the card. Erik then used the money from the live chess members to buy me a very large bouquet, with a card in with them. They were delivered to my house about 6 weeks before I moved house. 😆 💛 🙏
It was such an amazing surprise and so incredibly thoughtful of them. Something I'll never forget 😀
They can't now as no-one one the entire site knows my new address, (not even Erik).
So much time has passed, I highly doubt Erik even cares and likely couldn't be bothered. He'd probably mutter something about being too busy.
On a different note, the work station above, (if that's what it is.. LOL!)
All of my work station is still bigger than the image, and that's with half of it dismantled 😅
Oh, and with regards the Community Guidelines mentioned in one post... I couldn't believe it when reading it on here, so went to go see. And sure enough, there it is, the first line of the hypocritical Oath..

really is hoping for the impossible, as well as not having the slightest clue/idea or knowledge about this site and/or its members.
I, obviously don't log in much at all now. When I do, its always so great to see and chat with my friends on here, but being honest, the site has changed so much that I'm not sure I like it now. Plus, and this may be just me (tho I doubt it), I feel like I can't relax and just have a laugh, because everything I post is vetted incase I post something I'm not supposed too. That kinda takes the fun out of posting here now.
I'll still log in, I just never know when. I've spent the last 2-3 months in the hospital Burns Intensive care. I've still got a while to go yet before the burns heal.

Also, I've been modding on another site for little over a year now that the management offered me the role of Ambassador ☺
