I encountered a Blue Screen of Death on my laptop yesterday, can anyone tell me what to do?

This isn't uncommon on my laptop, but I've never known what to do. Can anyone help me?

just switch it off after 10 mins restart it but this is a sign ur comp is old and u use it for a long time
