Help!

I encountered a Blue Screen of Death on my laptop yesterday, can anyone tell me what to do?

This isn't uncommon on my laptop, but I've never known what to do. Can anyone help me?

just switch it off after 10 mins restart it but this is a sign ur comp is old and u use it for a long time

My laptop turned 11 years old last month

Atleast I think the laptop in which I am typing rn is older

then definitely high chances and a lot of times BSoD can happen

An Intel i5 5th gen?

I think use windows 10 or use lenovo i5 

Mine is a core i3 3rd generation
