Has anyone else had bad luck with these guys? My order arrived missing the whole darn board! They don’t answer their phones... was on hold 40 minutes and gave up. They do not reply to emails in a timely manner (usually a day or two). For the kind of money they charge and the high quality of merchandise one would think it would be run better than what they are doing.
