When it comes to short form and long form, I’m neutral.
I watch short form and long form.
It can fry your brain if you have a bad algorithm.
If you have something like:
Law by Mike (teaches you the laws) Gohar (teaches you how to succeed in life) and Nick Digiovanni (gives you lessons how to cook) can make your brain not fry (at least not that fast)

#21 I totally agree with that, having a balance of both forms of content is good. However those who only watch reels usually get affected more than those who watch long and short beneficial content.

Yeah, I watch YT shorts from time to time, but I don't scroll down from it to see the next recommended short. That is one of the easiest rabbit trails to fall into.

Here is an example of a good short:

entertaining, funny and easy to understand.

Here is an example of a bad short:

not original, overused song that fries my brain and it’s just bad.
