How could these Chess matches have gone?

So I was writing a story that I was planning to post in a website (Like Wattpad and/or Fanfiction.net) and near the end of the story I planned to have 3 Chess matches. I have planned out how the 1st and 3rd match are gonna go but I am still planning out how the 2nd one is gonna go.

I have never played Chess before and so I dont have any experience playing it or understand the thinking put behind moves actually played, however I did do some research on Openings and plays that GMs have done and those are the Inspiration on some moves that were made in these games. However since I never played it before, I am sure the moves made in these Games arent always the best moves and I could have made the game better at a technical level. I wanted everyones input on how these games could have been better played so I can make the story better.

Here is basically the playstyle of the two players.

White Player: Understands the nuance of positions and moves and uses that knowledge to improve and strengthen his position in any way possible. If defending is what is needed to improve his position at the moment then he will do it, if attacking is what is needed then that is what he will do. What really defines his playstyle is that he knows how to find the winning strategy and make moves that will move toward that end goal as well as getting into an advantageous position. It doesnt matter what the opponent does as he will get to that end game he wants no matter what you do and the best you can hope for is to make him go on a detour or delay his timings but he will get to the destination regardless because no matter what you do he will improve his position enough to do whatever he was going to do in the first place.

Black Player: A younger sister of the White Player whose playstyle focuses on Defense and Counterattacks (which is why she plays black through the whole story). She is good at seeing weaknesses and disadvantages of her position and the enemies position and will try to capitalize on them while trying to eliminate or cover her own disadvantages. She is willing to play the long game if necessary. Another thing to note is that she always plays safe and hardly takes risks and is always looking to create a defensive position to eliminate or hide her weakness and disadvantages and constantly looking for that opportunity for that opportunity for counterattack. Another strength that defines her playstyle is that she can find things that no one else notices or at least most people in the room didnt see, this gives her an element of surpise when counterattacking.

You can tell me your ideas on how the game could have went better to see how you guys would have played the matches. In the story the White is supposed to win all 3 games but I wont mind if you guys telling me how the  Black side could have won.

I have to say after researching about Chess and the skill that goes into it I have grown fond of this game and started playing it myself from time to time. I hope to utilize my knowledge of Chess in the future stories I write.
