Just a dash of salt, don't over do it. Don't ruin the fresh natural flavor with anything else.

You rub it down with a little butter, bourbon, and brown sugar then you smoke it with pecan wood.
Dry brine it in salt and glaze it with balsamic vinegar. Top it with some minced garlic and bake it. When it’s finished, garnish with a little kosher salt.
Season it with some blackened seasoning and pan sear it in some olive oil.
