How do you tell the difference between romantic and platonic love, touch, and talk..?

If they are making eye contact and look normal prob. platonic, if they look weird, or won't make eye contact, romantic.

I can't really ask people in what way they like me, that's mega awkward and probably friendship ruining in most cases... Also asking how I decipher platonic and romantic love when it comes to MYSELF cause I genuinely can't tell the difference in what way I like someone.

If you can't tell, prob. platonic, do your cheeks become red, or you have to swallow before taking another breath, bc if so romantic. How comfortable are you talking with them?
