My understanding is that mongrels tend to live longer. My rescue Collie cross lived until 17. Didn't pay a penny.

Yeah, but almond flour is high in oxalates, so you can't go nuts (pun intended? idk) with the keto bread. I just prefer to do without, and I don't really miss it. For burgers, lettuce wraps work well.
Can't remember the last time I had bread either. Just had coconut flavored rice this morning since I ate with the kids at home - normally would just have a salad.
