The one that got torn down was the Singapore post office building's mall. 1km is across the other mall, Tanjong Katong plaza or mall or shopping centre.

Flying to the moon keeps the dreams alive when living in constrained spaces - better than Hong Kong though
Btw, I've checked. We don't get Italian herb & cheese at subway here - major disappointment for the younger one :-(
