How to combat overpopulation (Moderated)
Well the global population growth rate has been declining since its peak in the 1960s and the global average fertility rate is also declining...I've seen models suggesting that these factors should lead to a peak global population of around 11 billion in 2100 after which it should begin to decline. I wonder if debates will be had in 2122 about the concerning decline in global population?
Create a World Wide Law (WWL) which firstly prohibits births completely, but later only allows a certain ratio of randomised global annual or daily births in comparison to global annual or daily deaths, being in such a ratio that the global population will be reduced rapidly to a certain minimum which is necessary to sustain Earth and all (economic) systems thereof, but not endangering the survival of the human species in any way.
Put them in a room alone and let them vote each other out like in Among Us.
