Stress is a feeling everyone gets from time to time, in today's thread I'll talk about how to limit and stop stress in general. Stress is a thing every human experiences in their lifetime, while some people have it harder and worse than others there's a way to limit such things from happening in your life. If you feel stressed then try and do something else for just a few minutes of your day, it could be a drawing, listen to music , or read a few pages of a book. Whatever it is I can guarantee you will detach from your feelings for some time and forget the stressful times in your current situation. If you have a heavy workload try and negotiate it with whoever is putting that pressure, it could be a manager at work or a parent. Whatever it is just know there's ways to limit and have a solution to such issues, Ask if there's any chance for a reschedule or a longer limit. Also people become stressed for reasons within life, take a break from whatever is happening that makes you this way, take up a hobby as said earlier or go out for a walk. Meet a friend and catch up, or just reflect on personally smashing the issue and getting a better idea of how to minimise it happens. Look at the root problem and build on that, if it's school get a better schedule or even talk with someone like a therapist if issues are worse than mentioned, if it's work ask for time off and if it's a relationship then break away from that contact. People will teach you that people in life are good however the right people are, not the bad ones. If you feel stressed by people it's best to detach as opposed to having a close contact and becoming stressed on a regular basis. Here's a list of what you can do to detach and stop being stressed.. Get help from professionals, such as a therapist or psychologist. Go out for a bike ride , go to a local park or place you enjoy. Get fresh air, or even go for a walk daily to clear your mind. If you do these things I can guarantee a happier lifestyle and mental wellbeing, and finally if your having issues worse than mentioned in this thread, then I'd highly suggest getting help from a therapist or speaking up with what bothers you. Many people have stress, it's not an issue it's just a universal problem and you shouldn't be embarrassed to speak up, Speaking up is necessary and if you don't it will only affect you more in a later stage. Speak up now and see how lighter you feel mentally, it will definitely be better for psychological reasons and build a happier lifestyle. Thanks for reading everyone!

Good post.

The key is to leave yourself time to do things that you enjoy. If you’re constantly stressed about a problem, school, work, or whatever, giving yourself time to relax and find a hobby you enjoy is a great idea. Usually, therapy isn’t needed unless the stress is very intense and unnatural.
