The key is to leave yourself time to do things that you enjoy. If you’re constantly stressed about a problem, school, work, or whatever, giving yourself time to relax and find a hobby you enjoy is a great idea. Usually, therapy isn’t needed unless the stress is very intense and unnatural.

Break something then sob in your pillow as you slowly fall asleep.
Or just listen to some music like me
