That is the whole point. I would suggest you talk to your parents and ask for "cell phone" time. You can get a cell phone pretty cheap these days, do some chores around the house or mow people's lawns in the neighborhood. Make a deal with your parents. If you do your homework and get everything ready for the next day your parents give you some chess time on your cell phone before bed.

I hate to say this, but you can still get a phone. You don't have to tell anyone you are delivering papers or mowing lawns. Save the money, get a cell phone, and you won't have to worry about breaking into a school chromebook. It's in your parents' best interests to work with you, not against. At some point you will figure this stuff out on your own. 

The right thing to do is the right thing. Work with them and expect them to work with you.

Unfortunately I can't download that on Chromebook I don't have any other android devices and the school blocked every extension and the entire google play store
