There is nothing to install. It is a website. Just point your browser to chess.com.
There are apps for Android and Ios devices but you don't need to install anything for using a website on Windows.

just click the 3 dots in the corner and click "Install this page as an app"
which is just using your browser, not installing anything

Chrome -> in the omnibox, it should say install. Click and play. The web version is far superior though. The app version is the iOS version.
