Yes, it's very sad because they steal from vulnerable people.
Which makes some of the videos fun, because the person is making the scammer upset.
Some of them hack into the scammer's computer and tell them their real name and location, stuff like that.
Some hackers don't make these sorts of prank videos at all, and work with police to get the scammers arrested, and you can find a few videos of that, which is neat.
