I found the meaning of life.

NASA seems to be joking.

You can find a draw of the "former planet" Pluto everywhere in internet.

This is a joke.

See the draw below and... guess what? Which dog can we draw in Pluto?

I'm having an existential crisis and this is REALLY helpful. Thank you.

Okay I've read.
Tomtalk
I think the part about the meaning of life is to experience it is interesting. I'm not sure meaning is the right word. More the value perhaps. Innate value. Something like that.
Tomtalk
The part about awareness I don't agree with that. Awareness happened and is happening naturally. It's not about anything wanting anything. That's projecting the idea of a being onto nature.
Tomtalk
Anyway Marco I think you and I see the basic truth which is the self does not exist and it's all one.

No, you are wrong.

The self really exists, despite the fact of the origin of life.

Tomtalk
When you self what do you mean? You'd consider free will to exist for example?

Self = sense of individuality

Tomtalk
Sense of individuality. You mean the experience of being an individual?
Tomtalk
Or that people are in some way unique?
Tomtalk
If you mean that we experience ourselves as individuals then sure. But we experience ourselves as still and we aren't.
Tomtalk
I'm genuinely interested in what you hold to be the truth Marco. I've a feeling that we actually hold the same view but I would like to see what you believe. Or know.

People are unique in some way, yes, despite the fact the origin come from a common source.

It is easy to see:  observe the puppies of a litter of cats.

All of them came from the same source (the cat mother), but every puppy will be different (you can observe their different behavior).

the meaning of life is 42

Right that's it.
I've had enough.
Cats don't have puppies.
OK?
Tomtalk
Ha ha.

Okay Marco but what about volition. Are we doing as nature intends or is there someone that's deciding things? My own view is only nature exists.

Do you see the distinction? I mean the sea has individual droplets of water but they are still the sea.

I suppose in people it's a little different because unlike drops of water animals are conscious so although they are still part of nature their behaviour is affected by what they observe.
Tomtalk
I'm interested in your view.

If I'm honest I think I know the truth and that life is neither meaningful nor meaningless. It's just nature doing its thing. There is no being. Not really.

Still you seem certain you have a view and I'm genuinely interested to hear about it.
