Yes it is time for me to start a new thread on Star Trek ( the older thread has sort of faded way ). Also there is a new publication to mention from American Media Inc who have recently released: " STAR TREK - The Ultimate Guide ". Anyway the voyages into Deep Space continue  ---

In this very good publication in that they list their version of the " Ten Best Episodes " of Star Trek ( TOS ). In random order they are: a) The Enemy Within; b) The Corbomite Maneuver; c) The Squire Of Gothos; d) Space Seed; e) The City On The Edge Of Forever; f) Amok Time; g) Mirror, Mirror; h) The Trouble With Tribbles; i) The Enterprise Incident; j) Plato's Stepchildren.

Of course any list of the Top 10 episodes will create questions as to what was left out and what should be added to the list. Therefore we could instead go with Top 20 list and to start with I would add: k) Balance Of Terror; and l) Errant Of Mercy. Of course some other episodes could also be added as there were not really a lot of duds in TOS.

Actually Bill Shatner is on the History Channel doing the UFO thing and his "Mysteries" show. happy.png

I've been over on YouTube watching some clips from the Original Series, great stuff of course. We all know Gene Roddenberry as the " Father " of Star Trek because without him there would not have been a series at all. One thing that some people may not be aware of is that there was also a " Mother " of the TV series, namely Lucille Ball. Yes after seeing the original pilot the network was not interested in the show but Lucy insisted that her Studio ( Desi-Lou, formerly RKO ) do another pilot and the rest is history !

Some of you wish you were bent like some Trek Stars (?)

The mystery is why anyone hires Shatner to do anything.
