i don't think you have
#22 just work a lil harder. It happens. I got to 1800 rapid only after tremendous hard work. I studied 7 hours a day. You could focus more, learn more..

You haven't put in work, 300 games and 1 hour of total puzzles completed is nothing. The reason why are you aren't improving is because you lack consistency and you don't follow an effective training plan.
Real.. 300 games ain't enough... I have a total of 1000 combining my alt and this. It's only gotten me so far. Work harder, you'll get there someday
That said, if you do want to improve, you can get chessable and read more books, and do more puzzles. It helps
