I saw this forum, and now I’m here. I don’t really know what to say really, as I’m not in your situation, but one thing I’ll say is to not be nervous. If you trust someone, let it out. It’s better than having it be stuck in you and never be released. It’s like pressure, if you release it quick, it’ll be fine. If it is left for long enough, the pressure will get worse.
My best advice? Try to be more comfortable in your own body. There is no net improvement on depression and emotional health by becoming trans and and taking the prescribed surgeries and drugs that come with it.
