i need caffeine
I drink Citron tea, because it's rich in vitamin c. And it has zero caffeine.
Eh, personal preference, I guess. I have no problem getting enough vitamin C from many other foods, and if I have to choose between sugar or caffeine, I think I'd pick the latter.
Sugar is horrible for you, everyone should not take it. It slows your thinking and makes you fat
That's correct, you don't put sugar in citron tea, I also drink green tea, Oolong tea, ginseng tea, and jujube tea. I simply got into drinking lot's of Chinese and Korean tea's because I also like their food cuisine. I also drink Sake, and play chess like I've only started playing the game there are some very awful drunken games in my database. It looks like I'm hanging pieces for the heck of it, when in actual fact I'm playing to my fullest capacity.

Well, a couple of sources I checked claim that there are about 11 or 12 grams of sugar in a serving of citron tea. Is that right?

@EscherehcsE, you talking about drunken games reminds me of when I was playing Chess Titans while going thru chemo 9 years ago. I was playing against the computer and the computer was horribly confused by my bizarre moves and returned my moves with even stranger moves. It provided some levity during a very challenging time!

Seems legit, I'm still going to continue to drink it though. I never fully searched it.
oh please don't tell me you don't know nesquik...
Actually, I drank a lot of it as a kid (the powdered version). Probably took a few years off my life, lol. (Although at the time, I think it was called Nestle Quick.)
I'm good with what I drink for the benefits of it.
