Well, you can't really "get her to have a crush on you" as there simply is no secret recipe for that, just get to know her better and see if you find each other intersting or not. You surely aren't such a loser like me, so just go for it. Good luck!
In case she already dislikes you then it's best to keep some distance, it's better not to obsess over someone who clearly doesn't like you back. (I'm guilty of doing this and trust me, it's really bad for your mental health)
