(3-1)*(3-1) will equal 9-3-3-1=2 and not 4, which (3-1)*(3-1)=(2)*(2) is!

Thank You.

That’s why you do the stuff INSIDE the parentheses first

Someone can't subtract numbers. 9 - 3 - 3 - 1 = 2 Also (3-1)*(3-1)=9-3-3+1=4 Have you finished 1st grade?

You forget that (+/-2**2)=4
Then plugging either +/-2 in any of your equation you will find the gap.

You messed up.

If (-1)*(-1)=-1

Then (3-1)(3-1) will equal 9-3-3 and then...

It would equal -1...if (-1)(-1) equals 1 as I have stated.

Though I did make a with the initial arithmetic.

If (-1)*(-1)=-1

Then (1-1)*(1-1) must equal 1-1-1-1=-2 and not 0; which it must.

If n is greater than 0, then 0-(-n) subtracts the minus sign and leaves it a positive n.

Nah, (3-1)(3-1)=9-3-3+1=4 man, im literally learning it rn

Okay, that’s great and all, but could just teach the dude at del taco how to give back change a twenty?
