If all games are drawn in a tournament, what then? Big tie 1st thru last?

The current Sinquefield Cup got me thinking about that. All games in the first 3 rounds have been drawn and I figured it must've happened plenty of times for a whole event to be all draws.
It looks like all draws again today.
