If you are born on a plane mid-flight, what country are you from? The country you came from or the country you are going to? Or the country you are flying over, if there is one

It depends on several factors.  I know in some situations, the parent can choose either the country you departed from, the country you will arrive in, or the country you are flying over.  Of course in a domestic flight, well yeah..

What if it was over a disputed area of ocean?

I tried to comment this:

"It's plain, not plane."

And then I tried to put white text under to say that if you actually believed me you were dumb, but then I realized I was in dark mode and didn't know what color to put, lol. So I ended up just deleting my comment to save me awkwardness, but I see now that didn't work.
