#6 rating doesn't make anyone not "capable" of being a troll. He is saying that you only need to chomp on hanging pieces, develop your king and push your pawns to be 2500 blitz, which is certainly not true, moreover ridiculous. He certainly knows a lot more. He is just collecting the cherry on top games, like 1 out of 100. That is like if Ronaldo said: "you only need to kick the ball in order to win in football". Which is true at some point, but that's not the ONLY thing you need.
#8 chompy goes too far. On a site with normal moderation, he would have gotten banned instantly.

Make sure the moderation is actually working (because right now people can just make a billion alt accounts and not have any punishment), and improve the mobile app

THE FIRST THING THE JOHN BEAR WOULD DO IF HE WERE CEO OF A COMPANY LIKE CHESS.COM WOULD BE TO LEARN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "YOUR" AND "YOU'RE", BECAUSE THEY'RE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT WORDS AND IT'D BE PRETTY EMBARRASSING TO BE THE CEO OF CHESS.COM AND NOT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 2 SIMPLE WORDS.
Improve the AI support. It's really difficult to deal with XD

John Bear is right messing up you're and your is pretty disqualifying.
Me personally, FIX THE GOSH MODERATION SYSTEM, IT SUCKS
Also maybe add settings to help with lag so it wont crash.
What are your ideas?
