My IQ is 157. I can do NY Times crossword puzzles in less than two minutes. I can program a robot to move without being directed by a human. I scored a perfect score on my SAT exam. I’ve never had a GPA of less than a 4.3. I got an A in Calculus when I was 14 years old. I once convinced a group of people that Mars is made of 99 percent aluminum (impeccable persuasive skills). I got accepted into Juilliard for classical piano at age 15, but I turned it down because I decided to study political science at Harvard instead. I wrote five novels, three of them that won awards and sold over ten million copies altogether. So you’re probably wondering, “why isn’t Pyrite’s chess rating super high?” The answer is that chess is my biggest weakness when it comes to cognitive skills.

....try changing your view as to your play at chess and watch it progress as it should. Optimism is always key to hold to for improving, and the 4 Player here helps dramatically too as I have shared before in other threads.
The board is more vast and broad, more pieces, more going on and to focus on, and the allowed time short, with 15 sec delay that is all to be needed considering you have 3 opponents to move before you. The only thing to not be discouraged is, when you first attempt, the regulars there radar newbies basically because your king is +20 and the most points wins.
You also can view anyone's archived wins and learn what works to begin with, and Youtubes on where to place pieces, tactics are definitely a plus to stay enjoying the great fun 4 Player is.
