i play team smash on a projector with friends & my personal setup includes 2 external plugins that increase the resolution & smooth the pixels out.
in addition i've replaced the n64 sticks with gamecube-style ones that are rubber-coated, more sensitive, snap back to center & hardly degrade.
items off, team attack on, 4 stocks on dreamland-only is how we play: i'm proficient with the entire cast so i just cycle through all 12 characters, although objectively my kirby is particularly effective.
