(1/infinity)^-1 shall equal infinity/1

While

(-1/infinity)^-1 is -infinity/1

Showing 1/infinity is greater than 0, and -1/infinity is less 0.

If 0 is less than 1/infinity is it's multiplicative identity is 1/0 greater than??

For non 0, x, 0/x is neither positive or negative. As it's stays true for non 0, x x/0 is neither positive or negative. However for non 0, x The Absolute Value of (x/0) is the greatest number, just as 0/x is the smallest.
