Open Discussion is a sewer of political correctness managed by woke Admins.
Avoid at all cost!
You should not post screenshots with discussion of politics in a public forum.
I deleted my last posts as they were posted here from my phone and I did not realize that it was a public forum.

Done.
Sigh you would need to join open discussion, they only take conformists and Puritans there
Roobie, you know that I am never a conformist or a puritan 😜🙈
My apologies to kind Sir

Yes they are a cabal of globalists and disciples of Klaus Schwab too. They allow no dissent and cannot recognise political satire. At least one admin is a souless Dalek.

Lolz, off the scale virtue signalling. VKJ also washes the feet of any new sign ups!😇😹🤣
od has long been a failure in the role cc put upon it , to be a place where cc ers could talk politicsreligion etc , however it just became a sewer , debates squashed by mass jumpun cyber bullying if you didnt toe the partyline
i would advise against joining it and ask cc to create a better space on the site for discussion
"however it just became a sewer"
I think you are talking about the old OD? For several years now, rules have been enforced and members who did not comply have been muted, expelled or letft.

Applicants must confirm the following when applying to join this club:
Open Discussion (“OD”) is a highly active group allowing its members to discuss more controversial topics, including political and religious ones, than are permitted in the main chess.com forums.
OD is the oldest running discussion club on the site which is run by a small admin team that enforces a few common sense rules:
OD is rich with interesting discussions and great if you wish to learn new things, see new perspectives or sharpen your debate skills. You will also meet a set of exceptional and intelligent individuals. We strive to be the discussion club with the highest quality posts (though we admit, you will find many posts of varying degree of quality).
While the club language is English, the admin team strives to maintain an atmosphere inclusive to everyone including international members, women, and all kinds of ethnic minorities.
