I would look for this advanced data protection setting and see if it’s turned on, I did some research and it seems like it’s basically a firewall, which could be causing your issue

It started after the iOS update, and I had these screen time settings for a while

One other thing: my dad turned off the content restrictions and turned them back on, and it worked. The WiFi and Bluetooth worked as normal- but ten seconds later the phone randomly powered off, and upon turning it back on, WiFi and Bluetooth didn’t work again.

Solved: it was a hardware issue. If you have WiFi greyed out and Bluetooth won’t stop spinning chances are that is the problem
