Its time ... Predictions ?

According to me , Top 4 teams are RR, LSG , RCB and CSK

I think Umran Malik , Chetan Sakariya , Kartik Tyagi  , Yashasvi Jaiswal  , KS Bharat , Shahrukh Khan and Tewatia ( Yes , Tewatia) will have breakthrough seasons ( Obviously along with previous season stars like V.Iyer , Gaikwad etc ) . This will also be Kuldeep's redemption season .

And , I think MI and GT will have a terrible season 

RR was for some reason my favourite team although I knew they would never win it. RR and DC was my favourite team last two seasons and they will remain this season too

Wood is out... Lost all interest :(

RR had an unbelievably good auction this season , they got a ton of steals and had a good strategy . On paper , this year , they are the best team , but things can go horribly wrong for the favourites ( and they usually do )

Jordan , Mills and Willey are still in . and so are Bairstow , Hales and Billings so you still got something to support 

Yeah, sorry. I was joking. It's a great tournament. I love them all. Looking forward to the hundred too

Too early to say I think, but I'm gonna be supporting RCB as always.

DC, LSG, KKR look pretty strong. 4th spot will be between RCB, PBKS, and SRH.

Tewatia is a one match wonder, I personally feel he's gonna flop.

Also , now I actually think that the team with the least injuries is gonna win , its a long season and teams barely have good like for like replacements 

Weirdly , tewatia is now probably GT's most important player cause Hardik is having a terrible tilt . So the extra pressure might help him play a bit more sensibly 

Yeah, Kolkata have a really strong team, I think they'll qualify for sure

V.Iyer - Has to carry

A.Rahane/Hales ( both Jackson and Umesh have to play ) - Rahane is trash , if you play hales then its alright

N.Rana - average 

S.Iyer - Has to carry

Russell - Way past his peak 

Sheldon Jackson/Billings ( both Rahane and Umesh have to play ) - I dont know how good jackson is and if you play billings you cant play hales

Narine - Unpredictable

Cummins - Has to carry the bowling

Mavi - Is alright , young guy so he can get better

Southee/Umesh - Both are and have always been underperformers who leak a lot of runs

Varun Chak - is not really that good , especially considering Mumbai pitches arent exactly spin friendly like last season 

Unless Iyer does a 2016 Virat Kohli , they arent making it to the top 4

How are they not in the top 4 !? They have 20 overs of international level bowlers and a pretty solid batting lineup . They even have perfect injury replacements 

RR are overrated. Prasidh and saini are not good, both of them leak so many runs. I have no idea why they actually retained parag, he's not even that good. And jaiswal is untested. 

We'll see, but I don't think RR are making it to the top 4.

KKR should play rahane at the top, Sheldon Jackson in the middle instead of Billings, and Southee instead of Umesh, and the rest of their team is pretty good, these seem to be the only weak points

do you not see Buttler , Samson , Dev , Ashwin , Chahal , Boult , Neesham , Hetmeyer ? They have the strongest indian core , something which most teams lack . and Jaiswal has been performing decently for the last two seasons , and yes Parag is below average , but he is also really young . Saini and Prasidh arent great but they are pretty good for the fifth bowling option . On paper , this is the best team , no competition . I dont see how they wont get into the playoffs , but , we'll see .

Rahane is too slow for T20
