#27 same for my high school. They aren’t implementing “phone pouches” which is a long prong of fabric on a wall with a bunch of phone sized pouches for you to put your phone in at the beginning of class.

Some of my classes had that last year. And I never put it in the thingie.

But I’m the class president of my class so I have special privileges and can keep it on me so I’m can check for student council messages

“Rank has its privileges, eh?”

winston, i dont even own a phone. i could go to a different tab on my computer, but if i do that i'll be a confused dummy on the exam, and the teachers can see what screen you're on anyways

Phones are ruining children's childhoods, because they are glued to their screens all the time, having detox is good once in a while.

Iconic-Shadow

Why do you think I'm not a kid anymore.

Iconic-Shadow

#50 Maybe

CarTheSlay

It's good that they are restricting the use of the phones, but if there's an emergency, you should still be able to call your parents from your personal device.

#51 cause no kid with a phone would agree with you

I think that's very hypocritical of you to say all of the time, given that you spend hours of your day talking to people here like the rest of us.

I don't think it's a good thing. Kids will be forced to sit and pay attention all day like the old days. Kids deserve some type of break in between their classes and at lunchtime if they choose to.

And for kids like me who already dreaded going to school every day, we'll hate it even more.

#45 now I'm the lucky one

CarTheSlay

well, i guess the school would let the parents know, but still

Iconic-Shadow

It's ok guys you'll survive, they had no phones in Victorian times. They produced all these intellectual thinkers whereas now it has reduced, blame it on those phones I'd say...

Iconic-Shadow

#54 I have a phone myself.
