Bending light around you is called "light-refraction"...and yes, for all intents and purposes, you'd be invisible...BUT, if anyone took a *close* look at wherever you were standing, there would appear to be a blur or haze, somewhat giving away that something is there. Undoubtedly some sort of experimental technology exists out there testing light-refraction.

Supposedly, if you can bend the light around you, you become invisible. The only reason we see is because of reflecting light. By bending it around you, it no longer bounces off, and they cant see you.
right?
