Is RAR illegal?

Me and many of my friends have enjoyed the "RAR" movement. Basically, we post funny ideas on how to intimidate and scare your opponents, in addition to saying (and chatting) RAR.

In chess.com tv chat today, a bunch of us were RARing, when suddenly I got banned for saying "Yes! KaspRARov will finally win his first game!" in reaction to his game. A mod (I won't put the name, but I'm not blaming chess.com for this) had "warned" me once but I wasn't spamming or saying any swear words (which is what you're not supposed to do). I didn't post more than once every five seconds. But anyways, I was banned from chatting for 60 minutes in the chat for this.

One of my friends was warned for saying "KRARjakin is always defending", and then was muted when he asked "did  a mod just wRARn me?"

So, is saying RAR illegal? Should we be banned for saying it?

Leave your thoughts below, and please don't swear.

Posting "RAR" every 5 seconds is spamming.

I don't post RAR alone by itself. I say different stuff, in fact RAR isn't in most of my messages, I was just saying I was posting every 5 seconds for my overall chat usage. There are people who are more active in the chat than me.

We weren't spamming, we were making normal comments with RAR in them, and no more than 1 every 10 seconds at most.

Maybe you should change this to help & support

I think the mod was just having fun today.

Chess.com hates RAR.

Being annoying should be a mutable offense, frankly.

Only 60 minutes? You should have been banned from the 5 points for a week. Chess is a serious sport. People want to watch it and kibitz without your childish nonsense.

Lol. You sound like you would make a good RARer. Join the movement!

Can't beat them? RAR them!

If the majority is RARing them, they might have to join them (stop muting them)

No.

But I find this group to be fun! It can be great for a break between training.

LOL. Guys, chill out. RAR isn't taking over chess.com. And plus, WHATS SO BAD ABOUT SAYING RAR?
