Today is week 1 of the 6 week cycle. I start small then work up each week. Warm up:

🏋️16kg kettlebell swing (3 sets - 10 reps)

🏋️20kg kettlebell swing (3 sets - 10 reps)

🏋️24kg kettlebell swing (3 sets - 10 reps)

Then into deadlift:

🏋️50kg Deadlift (1 set - 10 reps)

🏋️70kg Deadlift (1 set - 8  reps)

🏋️80kg Deadlift (4 sets - 5  reps)

🏋️80kg Deadlift (1 set - 8  reps)

Then cooldown

🏋️Lat Pulldown (3 sets - 10  reps)

🏋️Seated Cable Row (3 sets - 10  reps)

🏋️Triceps Pushdown (2 sets - 5  reps)
