But even if we eat the ppl then what would we do about hydration? I heard you can only last three days without water and eating the humans would likely accelerate the dehydration. Unless we have the proper equipment to make blood a drinkable hydrating liquid then we are probably not living longer than a week.

As the slowly rot I will pile them into a corner of the room the use the materials they had to start a fire and craft tools

That’s true but blood would probably make you sick in the worst case scenario and in the beat case scenario you are mostly fine but less hydrated then before you drank the blood unless you make the blood drinkable somehow
