Chatting About Cheese...

I was grating some Wensleydale this morning for sandwiches and had the revelation that because of its crumbly nature I was better just cutting up into smaller pieces with a knife...You're never too old if you are still learning !

Another cheese tip: Get it out the fridge some time before using it. It tastes much better at room temperature !

I drive the deli folks crazy when I get Lorane Swiss cheese. I want it so thin that it is basically all holes. Being that thin it absolutely has to be room temperature to separate the slices. But the flavor is worth it.

Looks like the nasal snuff thread has beat my cheese thread. I'm sure if I had a thread with the REAL answer to life, the universe and everything it would be beat by a thread about the world championship for stuffing meccano bolts up your nose
