Okay for limit it's special acts, such as using magic, or some specific move, but otherwise while I'm waiting I can still swing my sword and stuff?
After a sword skill or a powerful ability I stop for a second
The muscle enhancer on the back of my neck is the only way to make my more strength ability activate so if that is destroyed I can’t increase strength
