As practicing therapist of loneliness, I feel confident I can help you . Firstly I need to know what time do you go to your bed , and do you lay the whole day in bed ! 🙀......or are you an early bird . 🤷♂️
i sleep late n wake up 10 or 12 in morning, i have job , so can't lay on bed all day

That means you’re spending half the day in bed ! 🙀......that’s not good, cos you ain’t getting enough oxygen into your lungs 🙀

Too little oxygen, is the root cause of your loneliness ! ......btw I usually charge for my advice, but since you are a member here, I’ll let you have this one on the house .
