I didn't have many friends either for like the first half year I used this website, but that guy's probably in lockdown, too, so he, like me, probably has more time to find friends but didn't find any.
Either nobody wants to be friends with him or he doesn't use the website much

Racism is not acceptable here on Chess.com, but unless @penguineone1 has followed up that insult with other, similar insults, I'm not certain that post is racist in itself.
Reporting is the correct action, but organising vigilante retaliation such as stalking and insulting them in turn is also not okay.
