It's an alt-account, obviously...if you look at its profile, then you will see it JUST joined Chess.com; there are no games played; the only activity on its account is the Forum topic here. So whomever it is, it joined and IMMEDIATELY went to the Forums...this was preplanned.

Well the site does talk a lot about keeping the site safe for kids. Then one would think such behavior would be clamped down on quickly. Moving it to off topic just moves it to the kids' playground.
