@ApexVortex, what do you mean? I thought you tried several methods?
Lucid Dream Help
It took me ages
And at the time i did it
I wasn’t even lucid dreaming 🥀
#24, so you’re saying that lucid dreams just happen, and there aren’t any real methods to induce them?
@YauNingC2,
It can be disheartening to not have any lucid dreams despite trying. My methods only take a few minutes, don’t lose me any sleep, and seem to work for me, despite not being super involved ones. I recommend trying to train to lucid dreams by doing reality checks in real life when something unusual happens.Eventually, you will do that in your dreams (all dreams have inconsistencies that wouldn’t happen in real life, big or small.) Keeping a dream journal helps you identify dream signs that you can notice later
There’s MILD, WILD, DILD, LILD, WBTB, daytime MILD, reality check training, affirmations, critical thinking checks, dream signs identification, etc.
Or, if you don’t lucid dream anyway, just don’t try. But lucid dreaming is cool, so I don’t think that’s the best way of doing things.
@Iconic-freeze Yeah, it was pretty interesting to be “between worlds.” However, I’ve had lucid dreams where I was fully asleep, and it was undoubtedly better.
