matchmaking is not helping at all

hi, as you may see, i am a fairly low rated player. my rating fluctuates between 1000-1150 depending on how good the day is. i mostly play blitz 3+2, and i am matched with people rated higher than 1250 in rapid on a constant basis. i know these are different time controls but this is just unfair, those players just trade everything and get to the endgame in 15 moves and obviously beat me. it isn't fun to get 1500 rated players on a game that was supposed to be 1000-1100 rated. how am i supposed to fight back or even play a proper game against them? i do not have time to study chess theory or anything, i just want to play in peace, win some lose some, and call it a day. why can't matchmaking take these into account when matching me with players?

Just use rating limits.
