Well there are two specific and separate issues, seriously.

1) And established user making alternate accounts

2) A banned user who makes new account to get around his ban

Basically, the OP would loike an idea of why certain people behave the way they do on cc.  Your name has been put forward as someone who has a bit of fun on here by maybe creating different personas?  Would you say that is true?

I understand you can't admit to having more than one account on here as that would break the rules, so we wouldn't ask you to admit to that, nor expect you to. 

But would you say you were a bit of a wind-up merchant?  And maybe in a previous life, would you have created different accounts that were not who you were... maybe opposite to who you are? 

Actually, I will honestly answer your questions.  I just don't have any alternate accounts at the moment.  I promised Erik I wouldn't.  People like to think I do and I understand that, but I'm not.  I have this account, and it's over two years old.

During the time I was banned I created a whole bunch of accounts.  None of them were opposite of me, however.  To be a good actor you have to have a grain of truth in your performance and also knowledge of the subject matter.  That's why some actors do research.  

The opposite of who I am in real life would be a serious, hardworking, middle class traditional American.

I created a bunch of accounts so I could have a presence on here because I find it fun and entertaining.  Some of them were female.  Some of them were non-English speaking.

I think there are a lot of people who are falsely thought to be "sockpuppets". For instance immediately after creating my account I was bombarded with false accusations of being a "sockpuppet". It's not my fault my name happens to be similar sounding to a long time member of this website.  I'm just a poor working class stiff from Orlando who wants to unwind playing a little chess.
