Menu Item above the login fields

This post is out of frustration, so please feel free to ignore it.

Everytime I come to our site to login I encounter a same problem and it has got on my nerves. You say what the problem is? well everytime I move my mouse towards the username field it passes over the few menu options right on top of it and right at the time I try to click the username field the menu expands and boom I have clicked on one of the items in the menu instead of the username field. Would it make sense to move this menu to somewhere else or am I the only one who is having this problem?

Yea this bothered me to at first but now I always drag my mouse another wayinto the login field

The one that is just over the login fields. It is actually called Bookmark.
