I'm assuming by mid evil you mean medieval?
So I'm not sure if you mean old (or more Middle English) or Latin. Shakespeare was not medieval nor did he speak old English- in fact, he wrote and spoke in "early modern English".
So if you just want to use words like "thee" and "thou" than read a Shakespeare play or two.
If you want Medieval English (very very diffi errant from how we speak now,) Google the poet Geoffrey Chauser.
If you want old English (more or less a different language that you will understand little of) try Baewolf.
If you want an actual different language used a lot in the past, try Latin.
