With 1.21 it is more harder, because there's more potions.

To complete the Super Sonic achievement, you have to fly through an 1 by 1 block hole with an elytra at least with 40 block/s speed. It's very hard.
#18 does it work if you just spam rockets down a long 1x1 tunnel?
#22 no. You have to fly through it with your elytra.
#21 you want to fly through the end city portal?
