There are many long nonsense threads in off-topic.
I am certainly not going to read 17,000 posts.

Oh Okay. I may have misunderstood a little. I think what happened was that I saw a few pages in it that had a little inappropriate content.
But now I understand better, since you said you don't have time to read through 17,000 posts.

If you post pages that have that inappropriate content - I think you might even be able to post a link to the specific comment - then the mods can review that and take appropriate action. They definitely need that sort of help with long running, largely okay threads, especially from the OP

Ship building is a greatly respected activity on chess.com.
Along with hulk taking exams. I think they call it smash or pass
Then there are the educational counting or spam here for points topics.
Kids can choose which activity they would like to undertake since the parents have open wallets and closed monitors.

Yes my counting was terrible until I came to chess.com and now I can count all the way up to 837,366,275,342!

Yeah there TRULY SHOULD be a NEW topic forum where children can post their 'those type' threads and many other varieties that have them enjoyably occupied.
....it absolutely would solve the upsetness of many regulars that post through the forums, having those kind of threads no longer in Off Topic, that many view them to be spam.
