my background changed, or i changed it accidentally idk. i'm not able to find how it was before. it feels different.. what is default background?

I want to get into Lord of the Rings, but have had trouble. It’s just too much detail to the point we’re I get bored reading it. I heard it gets better though so I want to continue, but only got halfway through book 1,
