I’ll start: I am a very good violinist. I’ve been playing for almost 9 yrs and am in two orchestras when it’s not covid.

I also love running and cross country. Speaking of, I like food.

Do we just name one thing we are good at and then wait for someone else to post before saying another thing we consider ourselves good at? Or can we post a few at a time?

I'll start with just one for now:

Golf. I've played since I was really little and so I've gotten really good at it. It was always a "hobby" for me, but I've still played at high competitive levels. When I was in High School, I was a starter on the varsity golf team when we made it to the State finals. I've also played golf for "Team USA" in an international tournament with a singles format resembling the Ryder Cup as team players are "paired" against players from another team and score "points" based on tasks.

In the tournament I played in: a point was awarded for having the better "stroke play score" over 18 holes. A second point may be awarded for "match play score" over the Front 9 and a third point may be awarded for "match play score" over the Back 9. That event, I was the only golfer on any team to score 3 of 3 points (Go Team USA!) happy.png

I don't play golf as much anymore, since I am usually working or attending college/university. I've also been a golf ranger and Head Rules Official for about 7 years or so now.

Wow. Violin is one of the hardest instruments to play well I've heard. It is one of those things with a big learning curve; I have very little musical ability whatsoever - but my younger brother is into music a lot as well. That is cool, wish I could play an instrument or two proficiently wink.png

Haha, but this is impossible to acheive so no debate on that

This sounds more philosophy than physics. From a physics perspective, an object can only be "immovable" if nothing had the mass to move it; likewise with a force only being "unstoppable". Since the universe has a finite amount of mass, it is impossible for there to exist an "unstoppable force" AND an "immovable object" that are not the same thing/force.

This is a well known philosophy "paradox", but I'm sure @shivam2627 would say that.

I like this answer. I have a lot of things I think I'm good at, but I KNOW that I am best at being myself. No one is better at being me than I am! grin.png
