Why does this proven mechanism bother religious orientated people so much?

It is one of many factors that influence life on earth.

It could be argued that it is one of God’s hidden miracles that helps to provide such diversity.

Yet it bothers them so much they have to create (lol) spurious arguments not based on fact to refute it.

I think you should do us a favor and give us the rundown of the spurious arguments and your concise refutations of each.

Re-hashing the objection and providing concise scientific arguments to refute is pointless, as someone will post another objection immediately.

As in someone will post, “Explain a bird wing” as soon as this is explained another objection will be posted “Explain a camel” which can also then be explained.

Essentially, I am saying if you believe in a God any God keep that belief, but why object to something that is a fact.

Let's hear your refutation of "intelligent design" to get us started.

"Intelligent design” is the basis for most of the current objections, "intelligent design" objections themselves have evolved out of a need for some to continue to object to the facts in spite of all the evidence. No one is saying natural selection is the only mechanism or that everything has been discovered and fully explained.

The main objection based on "intelligent design” is the flawed "chance" argument which is easily refuted, see wiki for a complete explanation, however succinctly, my DNA was inherited from my parents and not “by chance".

FYI: I believe it is entirely possible for multiple universes to exist, I can never observe these, therefore, I can never 100% prove this.

  To say that "natural selection" is a provable FACT; is a lie.

 A natural change is from a higher state of order to a lower state of order.

 To say that according to the laws of physics, an inanimate object can come to life and morph into every living animal, plant, fish and bird on the planet; is insanity.

  No matter how many times you call a lie, truth; it is still a lie.

It condradicts logic to deny the facts, when it is backed up by obsevation and solid science.

Either, your logic is flawed or your objections are entrenched because of out-moded teachings.

FYI: For most of his life Darwin believed in God (he questioned this during his "middle period",) his publication of his book was delayed for many years while he tried to reconcile all the information he had read and gathered and how it sat with his faith. His conclusions and what he published in Origin was not a denial of God, but a denial of some of the supposed facts of the time (e.g. The age of the Earth) and a mechanism that promoted the diversity of life on Earth.
